Harry is a Caucasian male who seemed to be either middle-aged or older. He is bald on the top of his head with the remainder of it white and grown out.

Personality

In his disguise, he seemed callous and even sadistic having no regard for the lives of those he hypnotized. He could've severely injured or even killed Scooby, Daphne Blake and Shaggy Rogers by making them perform extraordinary feats under hypnosis.
