Added by ShrooboidBratThe Headless Horseman was a swordsman for the redcoats. His head was knocked off by a cannon and buried in Sleepy Hollow. He rises every Halloween to look for a head. He stole Elwood Crane's head but really it was Elwood who was behind it all to try and steal the Crane family diamond.

Trivia

Added by Ari Sebastián SalgadoHernández- In Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed there was a deleted scene in the Monster Hive where Shaggy Rogers kicked off his pumpkin head and his body ran into a wall.
- Ghosts cannot cross running water which is why Ichabod is safe from the Headless Horseman once he crosses the bridge.
- This is a rare instance where a villain deliberately shows his unmasked face while in his monster disguise. This is because the Horseman has supposedly taken his head for his own.
