Heather North Kenney was an American actress and voice artist. She was most notable as having performed the voice of Daphne Blake in almost all incarnations of Hanna-Barbera's Scooby-Doo Saturday morning cartoon series. Before that, she started her career on the soap opera Days of our Lives. She also starred opposite Kurt Russell and Raffles the Chimpanzee in Disney's The Barefoot Executive.

North was the second actress to voice Daphne; she replaced Stefanianna Christopherson after the first season of Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! due to the latter marrying and moving away. She continued to voice Daphne until 1997 (not counting A Pup Named Scooby-Doo), when Mary Kay Bergman took over, replacing North after a day of recording for the first DTV film, Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island. She returned temporarily for the DTV films Scooby-Doo! and the Legend of the Vampire and Scooby-Doo! and the Monster of Mexico.
