Jeremiah "Old Man" Wickles, is an ex-convict who was trying to open an amusement park in Coolsville.

Physical appearance

Wickles is a bald, elderly Caucasian man who always wears a coat and a hat when he goes out. But in his meeting with his lawyers, he was wore a red jacket, a pink shirt and white pants.

Personality

He seems to be grumpy and agressive to people. He seems to be suffering from early dementia as he thought bushes were talking to him.

History

Early life

He was incarcerated for illegal acts as the Black Knight Ghost. During his time as a prisoner, he was roommates with Jonathan Jacobo, a former scientist, and hated him deeply.

Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed

Wickles seems to have given up on his villainous ways. However, the gang assumed he was behing the theft of the costumes in the Coolsonium Museum to be turned into real monsters. They went into his mansion to investigate and ended up trapped in a giant sphere-like cage along with other trespassers in the basement. Daphne freed them with her makeup kit and the gang splits up to find clues. Fred and the girls found a book of monster reincarnations in his library along randomonium dust evreywhere on the floor, which arised their suspicions even more before they encoundered the Black Night Ghost. Shaggy and Scooby found him in the Coolsville Mining Town thanks to a ticket of a nightclub called "The Faux Ghost". Though he claims to be innocent, Shaggy and Scooby followed into a lab where they found the Monster Hive. Eventually, his innosance was proven when Fred and the girls found out he is planning to turn the mining town into an amusement park for children. When Jacobo was arrested once more, Wickles scolded him for stealing his tatter tots in the prison cafeteria and for taking the lead in My Fair Lady
