Jeremiah "Old Man" Wickles, is an ex-convict who was trying to open an amusement park in Coolsville.
Physical appearance
Wickles is a bald, elderly Caucasian man who always wears a coat and a hat when he goes out. But in his meeting with his lawyers, he was wore a red jacket, a pink shirt and white pants.
