Although he claims to be innocent, Shaggy and Scooby followed Wickles into a lab where they found the Monster Hive. Eventually, his innocence was proven when Fred and the girls discovered that Wickles has been planning to turn the mining town into an amusement park for children. |

Jeremiah "Old Man" Wickles, is an ex-convict who was trying to open an amusement park in Coolsville.
Physical appearance
Wickles is a bald, elderly Caucasian man who always wears a coat and a hat when he goes out. But in his meeting with his lawyers, he was wore a red jacket, a pink shirt and white pants.
