Early history[]
The park was first owned by Zombo the Clown, who may have also built it. Eventually Zombo retired and sold it to Johnny Jipner. When Johnny Jipner died, he willed ownership of the park equally amongst all his children.

It was closed temporarily because of the threat of Zombo's ghost.
