Joe Alaskey was an American voice actor and comedian, credited as one of the successors (along with Billy West) of Mel Blanc in impersonating the voices of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Sylvester, Tweety, and other characters from Warner Bros. cartoons, including Plucky Duck from Tiny Toon Adventures. He was also the second voice of Grandpa Lou Pickles in Rugrats.

Alaskey died of cancer in February 2016, at the age of 63.
