Jonathan Wellington Muddlemore, nicknamed Funky Phantom, was the mascot of a teen mystery solving group who appeared Scooby-Doo's feverish dream.
Physical appearance
Muddlemore resembles a white human, and wears a 1776 Revolutionary War outfit.
Personality
Funky Phantom was tired of being seen as just a sidekick and mascot and became the villain, Lord Infernicus to capture his group, along with the human members of the other groups at the Mystery Solvers Club State Finals and send them to the other side of world, so the other mascots would be helpless.

Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated
Season one
Funky Phantom unmasked.
Scooby-Doo became sick and had a dream. He met a couple of characters such as Funky Phantom, Jabberjaw, Captain Caveman, and Speed Buggy. Each had with them their group of mystery-solving friends.
Lord Infernicus captured all of the meddling kids. Scooby, Jabberjaw, and Captain Caveman see gineua pigs that were wearing the same outfits like the other gangs.
Angel, the principal and Speed Buggy arrived with Scooby, Jabberjaw, and Captain Caveman. Scooby and the sidekicks saved the gang and the day and Scooby unmasked Lord Infernicus, revealing Funky Phantom underneath! Funky Phantom couldn't take it anymore from being a sidekick. He wanted to become the leader of the meddling kids. He created a skeleton fire phantom to scare people away and capture the meddling kids. He even ditched his cat Boo.
