Kate Micucci is an American actress, comedian, and singer-songwriter, and artist, perhaps best known as one half of the musical-comedy duo, Garfunkel and Oates. She has guest-starred on sitcoms such as Scrubs, Raising Hope, and The Big Bang Theory, as well as appearing in the film, When in Rome.

She has also provided the voices of Irma in Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (starring Rob Paulsen and Seth Green), Sadie in Cartoon Network's Steven Universe, and Webby in Disney XD's new DuckTales. Micucci was hired to voice Velma Dinkley for the Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! TV series, subsequently replacing Mindy Cohn in all forms of other media, as well (save for the LEGO Dimensions video game).
