Kevin Michael Richardson is an American screen and voice actor, known for his deep and powerful voice.
Richardson has been the voice of Cleveland Brown, Jr. on The Cleveland Show, Bulkhead on Transformers: Prime (co-stars include Frank Welker, Peter Cullen, Jeffrey Combs, and Josh Keaton), the Joker on The Batman (starring Rino Romano in the title role), and Shredder on Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (starring Seth Green and Rob Paulsen).
