Knittingham Puppy Farm is a farm in the city of Coolsville owned by Mrs. Knittingham, in which Scooby-Doo was born, along with his brothers (Howdy-Doo and Skippy-Doo) and his sister Ruby-Doo.
Scooby's parents, Dada-Doo and Mumsy-Doo also lived at the farm with Mrs. Knittingham (and later moved to Dooville).
It is located on a huge hill.

Season two
The gang made a trip to Knittingham Puppy Farm for the Doo puppies' birthdays. When they got there, Mumsy and Dada Doo gave Scooby a "lame" collar, which was worth a lot of money, and he was forced to wear it. But the collar was wanted by the Ghost of Buster McMuttMauler, which ended up chasing the kids down in search of Scooby's new collar. (Curse of the Collar)
