Lady Marmalade is a barista, exorcist and "vodoo goddess". She work at the Crystal Cove Spook Museum for Angie Dinkley, but the haunting of the Mayor was too much for her and she ran away.

She told Fred Jones, Jr. that his father needed an exorcist.
She was later asked by Fred to come to his house and help him find out who is messing with his father. When his father started getting angry at the spirits, she became scared and left. (A Haunting in Crystal Cove)

- Her name may come from the famous LaBelle song, with the chorus: "Volez-vous coucher avec moi?".
- Also, because her name refers to the title of the classic song "Lady Marmalade", she also quotes the lyric "Mocha chocolata, yaya", incorporating it as one of the coffee drinks she is able to make.
