Season one

He posed as a souvenir T-shirt salesman as part of an undercover operation to catch animal poachers.^[1]

Scooby-Doo! Pirates Ahoy!

He was among the passengers on the mystery cruise, the Poseidon, who were annoyed and disappointed that Mystery Inc. had solved all the staged mysteries already. He was presumably hypnotized (along with the rest of the passengers) at the masquerade ball by Mr. Mysterio to believe he was a zombie pirate and join Captain Skunkbeard's crew to find the "Heaven's Light", a gold meteor, and then freed by Mystery Inc. when they caught Skunkbeard and Woodenleg Wally who were really Biff Wellington and Mr. Mysterio, respectively.^[2]

Notes/trivia

He was seen very little in Pirates Ahoy!, but he would surely have been a victim of Mr. Mysterio. Also he was wearing the same clothes, so either he was undercover t-shirt salesman again or it was just easier to reuse the outfit.
