Luis is a tall Hispanic male with a sturdy build. He also has bags under his eyes like his mother. He has short black hair. He wears a white collared shirt with a blue blazer, light blue jeans with a brown belt and light brown shoes.
Luis is very kind to Charlene and Alejo along with the rest of his family and to Fred Jones and the gang. He is a bit of a coward (which he's ashamed, as his fear prevented him from saving his brother, Alejo, when he almost fell off a cliff) and seems to agree with Diego Fuente when it came to selling the hotel to which Alejo rejects the idea. He also learns not to "judge a book by its cover" after Charlene was revealed to be a culprit. He also smiles (along with Alejo) when Shaggy "made a career out of it" after Luis admit he was scared.
Scooby-Doo! and the Monster of Mexico
Luis was engaged to marry Charlene, but she only pretended to love him to get land for her real lover, Mr. Smiley.
