Notes/trivia

  • Madelyn's interest in Shaggy may have been the basis for the Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated version of her sister.
  • A running gag throughout Abracadabra-Doo, is that she tries to get Shaggy to notice her.
  • Although appearing in a flashback in Frankencreepy, Madelyn doesn't appear in the Dinkley family tree in the opening sequence, and despite being the youngest, Velma is identified as the youngest in the Basil Von Dinkenstein's will. If she had questioned that (which she didn't), Cuthbert Crawley could've quite easily responded that it was made before Madelyn was born. (This may have been a given.) The fact that she wasn't mentioned is likely because (other than flat out being ignored) Cuthbert Crawls, the real identity of Crawley, was out to get Velma, not her sister
