Mai Le was an exchange student from China and a thief.

Physical appearance[]

Mai Le is a young teenager of Chinese descent with seemingly short black hair. She wears a dark green skirt, dark green vest, a light green shirt with an oversized collar, and matching knee-high boots. She also wears a dark green beret, a light blue and green scarf tied like a necktie, gold earrings, and a stolen ring.

Personality[]

Initially, she seemed to be very sweet and kind, especially as she showed affection towards Shaggy. However, she was revealed to be a thief, faking her sweet attitude to steal valuable items. Combined with her greed for the ruby, she showed her lack of concern for the well-being of others, going as far as trying to harm Shaggy so she could get the ruby back.

  • Martial Arts: Mai Le has very good martial arts skills, as she could destroy a table with a single strike of her hand.

History[]

Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated[]

Season one[]

Mai Le first appeared in Macau, going to a jewelry store. She stole a precious ring that was being held by the store clerk, which caused the clerk to be attacked by the white wizard.

Le became an exchange student and travelled to Crystal Cove. She was introduced to Mystery Inc. and joined them. After discovering that a white wizard was after her ring, Le allied herself with Mystery Inc. in order to capture the white wizard. However, after the wizard was captured and his identity was revealed, Le secretly stole the ruby from the jade dragon and left.

Le was confronted by Mystery Inc. on a speedboat on the way back to China. Le attacked Mystery Inc., but was captured with a trap set by Fred Jones, Jr. She was presumably taken to the authorities afterwards.

Appearances[]
