Maltese Mackerel is the first part of the first episode of The Scooby & Scrappy Doo Puppy Hour.

Premise

The boys get an assignment to deliver the "Maltese Mackerel", a golden, jewel encrusted fish, to the boat docks, but someone else wants it too, and is trying to steal it from these bumbing detectives.
