Mary Kay Bergman was an American voice actress and animation voice-over teacher, who succeeded Heather North Kenney as the voice of Daphne Blake most prominently in the first three of the Scooby-Doo direct to video movies; Scooby-Doo On Zombie Island, Scooby-Doo and the Witch's Ghost and Scooby-Doo And The Alien Invaders. She was in turn succeeded by Grey DeLisle, a personal friend of Bergman.[1]. She was also the voice of Disney's Snow White and many of the female characters on South Park.

She suffered from depression and sadly passed away in 1999; a victim of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Scooby-Doo And The Alien Invaders was dedicated to her.
