Angel Dynamite enters Destroido's sewer pipes. She has a conversation with Mr. E. Meanwhile, Mayor Jones asks for help about a manticore attacking tourists at a haunted-themed amusement park. The gang investigates, and while they are doing this, it is revealed again that Mayor Jones is looking for the planispheric disk piece. While he is doing this, the gang catches the manticore. At the end of the episode, Angel has another conversation with Mr. E, and reveals that she put a bug on Velma and learned that Shaggy and Scooby have the piece. Mr. E tells her that he will get Shaggy to trick Scooby and give him the piece. At the very end, Mr. E is shown to resemble [[Ricky Owens]] from the original Mystery Incorporated.
