Michael Gough is an American voice actor and singer. He replaced Howard Morris as the voice of Gopher in Disney's Winnie the Pooh productions, beginning with the The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh TV series (starring Jim Cummings). He also replaced Rob Paulsen as Raphael in the final season of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon (co-starring Cam Clarke and Barry Gordon), and was Colonel Spigot in TaleSpin (starring Ed Gilbert).
