Mitchell Simons was a gas station attendant at A Lil' Gas-E. He had been turned down by Elias Kingston University, so he scared all the other students away by dressing up in the guise of the Ghost of Elias Kingston.

Early life[]
Mitchell unmasked.
His father, Joe, had been head of security at Kingston university for fifteen years, so Mitch grew up expecting he would be admitted after graduating high school. He failed to get in and got a job at A Lil' Gas-E, while conspiring with his father to get revenge by dressing up as the Ghost of Elias Kingston to scare away students until Mitch was accepted.[1]

Season one[]
When the Gang arrived outside Elias Kingston University to support Velma Dinkley with her interview with Dean Longfellow, they met Mitchell as the gas station was next to the university. He warned them of the Ghost of Elias Kingston haunting the university.
The gang eventually caught the ghost who was unmasked to reveal Mitchell and also uncovered his father's crime. They were then taken away by the police.[1]
