Mr. Flynn is an adult man with a bald head and a brown beard, he wears a red and white striped short sleeve shirt, with his bottom half hidden by a table.

He was angrily grumbling, probably thinking his time is being wasted.

He was a suspect of being the Ghost of One-Eyed Jack do to the fact the ghost was left handed, when the real person was right handed.
He, alongside the only two other crew members were brought to a room on the ship by the gang to sign their names on papers, saying they weren't posing as the ghost. Mr. Flynn turned out to be innocent do to him being right handed.
