Mr. Jenkins is tall, slim fairly old Caucasian with combed grey hair. He has a second chin and wears glasses.

Takes his job as care of the amusement park Funland very seriously, and is very adamant about what goes on there.

He built a robot named Charlie to act as an assistant for the ammusement park, but the robot went haywire after Sarah interfered.
