Seems to be a good-natured guest at the Wolf's End Lodge, but also appears all-too suspicious when trying to be nice, by petting Scooby-Doo.

Mr. Leech and Mr. Greenway (middle) captured.
He pretended to be a guest at the lodge, asking for his suitcase to be looked after. In reality, this was where he was keeping the jewelry. When Mr. Greenway was caught as being the Snow Ghost, used to scare off snoopers, he and Mr. Leech were tied up, back-to-back, ready to be taken away by the Sheriff.[1]
