Mr. Wang
Mr. Wang was a foreign visitor to Crystal Cove who was shown around town by the Mayor.
He was secretly the White Wizard and he was out to collect four rings that would open a jade dragon and allow him to steal the Dragon's Heart ruby. He stole the fourth ring from Mai Le, but the gang caught him in a trap when he tried to get the ruby.
