Nicole Jaffe David is an American screen and voice actress. She was the original voice of Velma Dinkley from 1969-1972 in Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! and The New Scooby-Doo Movies. She later return to voice Velma in Scooby-Doo! And The Legend Of The Vampire (2002) and Scooby-Doo! and the Monster of Mexico (2003).
