Nitro Wisinski was a bank-robber who died a century ago, when Sheriff Will Williamson (Dead Justice) pursued him into an active volcano and put the cuffs on him as they both sank into the molten lava. Sheriff Bronson Stone took advantage of this history when he dressed up as the Ghost of Nitro Wisinski to foil the Ghost of Dead Justice.
