Obliteratrix was the disguise of Alice May. She was carrying out Mr. E's orders to make it look like the kids were in danger in order to draw out Professor Pericles. If he came to help them he might weaken his defenses on his piece of the Planispheric Disk.

Personality
She seemed dedicated to hunting down the gang, but it was all an act. All the attacks were special effects. Her first attack, which seemed to destroy the Mystery Machine, actually blew up a copy instead.
Powers and Abilities
Her suit and weapons gave her many capabilities: super-leaping, invisibility, drawing weapons from nowhere, and shooting nets. Her weaponry came from Quest Research Laboratories, a shell company owned by Destroido Corp..
