The Penguin is one of Batman's more complicated villains who favors bird-themed crimes and formal attire. He frequently pairs up with the Joker.
Physical appearance
The Penguin is a short, rotund man in appearance that wears a tuxedo suit, a bow tie, a monocle, and a top hat. He carries around a trick umbrella (usually black), modified for some purpose, to enable him to get out of whatever sticky situation that he gets into.
Personality
A gentleman crook who dresses formal, and has a laugh like a duck.
