Season one
The Phantom appeared in a bolt of electricity and told the Hex Girls that they were bound for misery and their concert would be their final show or the Hex Girls would suffer. The Hex Girls refused to listen to his orders. The Phantom then threw electricity from his hands and hit the giant radio and it fell on top of Thorn, knocking her out.
He appeared again when Daphne Blake was dressed as Thorn; the two cages fell onto the wrong target (landing on Dusk and Luna), and the Phantom captured Daphne.
When Scooby-Doo and Shaggy watched Vincent Van Ghoul movies in the Hex Girls' tour bus, the Phantom set the bus on fire, however Shaggy threw Harry, a doll Scooby had 'befriended', through the window, allowing them to escape as the bus exploded behind them.
After Daphne's next performance, The Phantom saw a chair and, thinking it was Crush (Daphne), grabbed it. However, he got Harry instead, causing him to get caught in a big net.
The Phantom was revealed to be Daniel Prezette, the Hex Girl's songwriter. He was mad at the Hex Girls for becoming bigger stars than he was, so he decided to get revenge on them by writing songs, but they could make anything a hit. So he decided to dress up as The Phantom to get his revenge. (In Fear Of The Phantom)
