Physical appearance

He has a green skull-like face with wisps of hair sticking out.

Given that Mel Richmond and Lance Damon are both overweight, they would clearly need to wear a corset under the Phantom's suit, to make themselves look thin and in shape.

Personality

He acted ruthlessly, and had a maniacal cackle.

Powers and abilities

Some of the Phantoms had great athletic and rope-swinging skills. One had prepared vanishing tricks using stage magic, and another by tampering with a security monitor.
