Personality
The Phantom Father was happy to see Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo, after his daughter had told him so much about them. He is easily the most friendly of fathers; he even smiled while he threatened Scooby and Shaggy if they didn't watch over the girls.
History
Scooby-Doo And The Ghoul School
After sun down, it started to rain and the Grim Creeper saw the mightiest monsters such as Frankenstiein, Wolfman, Dracula, Phantom, and Mummy. Phantasma came and introduced her father to her new teachers. Phantom Father was happy to see Scooby and Shaggy. After the rest of the monsters left, Phantom Father told Scooby and Shaggy to take care of his daughter or something bad would happen. After Revolta and Grim Creeper were defeated from the explosion, the Grimwood Girls invited their parents for a celebration.
