The Phantom Racer was the disguise of Ken Rogers. He had a trick car that could extend its wheels and go over other cars, capturing them.

Physical appearance

The Phantom Racer wore a blue, coated jacket, with a gleaming blue helmet which has a lighter blue flame starting from the front of the helmet. It had a pale, skeletal face with dark pinkish sclera.

Personality

The Phantom Racer showed unusual cruelty, since he put Shaggy Rogers into a cave and bricked up the entrance, with the intent of leaving him to die.
