Melbourne O' Reilly
Pharoah Scamses is a mummy that is supposed to be able to turn people into zombies. He was actually Melbourne O'Reilly, who was hypnotized into doing it by Prince Qasl Al-Famir.

What's New, Scooby-Doo?
Season two
Mystery Inc. paid a visit to Melbourne's dig and were caught up in the mystery involving the Pyramid of the Moon. After being chased by his hyptonized 'zombie' minions, the gang returned to the pyramid and went inside. When Fred Jones and the others were hyptonized by the light traps, Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers were left to solve the mystery by themselves.
After escaping the pyramid and freeing their friends from the light's controls, they were attacked by the pharaoh himself. He grabbed Scooby, who cried for "Rhelp", breaking the trance. Fred was devastated when Melbourne was unmasked, until Prince Quasl was revealed as the true villain, in his plot to divert water to his own businesses. (Mummy Scares Best)
