He is an elderly man with white hair.

Personality

He appears to take his puppets seriously, claiming he just "fiddles with them as a hobby," but also appears to act a little suspicious to the gang, as he appears get suspicious about them.

Season one

He pretended to be a doorman to throw himself off suspicion and disguised himself as the phantom puppeteer to scare people away from his counterfeiting operation. He even made a life-sized puppet of himself so the gang wouldn't suspect him of being the phantom puppeteer working those puppets.

A homage is made to Pietro in a crossover with Batman: The Brave and the Bold; an usher at the theater that tells the gang about the Footlight Phantom resembles Pietro.
