The real-estate scammer was after valuable land on the South Pacific island of Kama-Kama.
Physical appearance[]
The scammer is a (presumably) skinny adult man with spiky black hair. He is only seen in costume, but part of a yellow collared shirt is visible.
Personality[]
He was full of greed and had cleverness in him as he wanted valuable fertile land on the south side of Kama-Kama for himself, and setted up traps to catch people and scare them away to not pursue further into the area.

He disguised himself as a Volcano Demon to scare people away. He was caught by Scooby-Doo, who for once was acting without the rest of the gang when he was accidentally stranded on the island.
