Red Herring was Coolsville's neighborhood bully and Freddie Jones's prime suspect of any of the town's crimes, who accuses Red incessantly due to a feud they had at the playground when they were babies. Out of the many, many times he was accused did he actually commit the crime, and that was when Fred did not accuse him.[1]

Physical appearance

Red Herring is a short chubby kid who has red hair and lots of freckles.

Personality

He tends to make things hard for the neighborhood kids, often making a joke at the their expense, only to fall into a trashcan or something to delight of the gang.

Red pulled out of his Boogey Biker costume

He decided to clean and spruce up his aunt's bike so he dressed up as the Boogey Biker to scare the gang away, so they wouldn't ruin his reputation. He was forgiven. (Night of the Boogey Biker)

In every episode, but one, Fred had accused Red Herring of being the man in the mask even though it wasn't him (the only time it was is when Fred didn't accuse him, and only because he was dared not to). He has been seen showing up to reassure Fred what an idiot he is. These are some of the ways he would prove it.
