Red Sparks was a construction foreman. He was in charge of Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo when they were construction workers.

Physical appearance

Red Sparks is a Caucasian male with short reddish-brown hair and a bald head. He wore a beige construction worker's uniform with brown gloves and a yellow helmet.

Personality

He seemed rather mild-mannered as Shaggy's boss, though this only served to conceal his greed.

Red Sparks unmasked.

He was secretly committing safe robberies around town with his partner Jim Rivets, and the buildings they robbed were close to the construction site he worked at. They used a special light-gathering lens to spy on people opening their safes at night and learn their combinations. Since the building being built was high enough to obstruct their view of the safes, Red dressed up as the Specter of Ebenezer Crabbe to scare the other workers away from the site. However, the gang uncovered their scheme, and the two crooks were arrested.^[1]
