Revolta is an evil witch who lived in her own castle.
Physical appearance
Revolta is an unattractive humanoid female, with glowing red eyes, long dark green hair, and large teeth. She also has four arms and wears a sleeveless black dress.
Personality
She has a desire to rule the world, controlling the strong monster daughters was one means of working towards this goal.
Powers and abilities
As a witch, she has several magical abilities, such as being able to create spider-bats, cast projectile spells at flying enemies, enchant brooms, and control minds. Her power seems to stem from her magic wand (a Y-shaped stick).
History
Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School
She wanted to capture the students of Miss Grimwood's Finishing School for Ghouls (who were daughters of the world's most famous monsters) and make them evil forever. She claimed their parents had gone soft and she wanted to take over the world.
