Robin Atkin Downes is a British screen and voice actor. He was the voice of Mumm-Ra on Cartoon Network's ThunderCats (starring Kevin Michael Richardson), Man-Bat and Deathstroke on Beware the Batman (starring J.B. Blanc), and played Byron on Babylon 5.
