Count Rudolph Igotcha is a distant cousin of Shaggy Rogers. He is a real vampire, or at least he acts like one. He acted somewhat friendly to Shaggy, but he got angry when Shaggy ran away.

He is an adult man with black hair, a handle bar moustache and a goatee beard with inhuman features such as pointy ears, green skin and yellow sclera. He wears a black and purple tuxedo with an orange strap, a white undershirt, a blue vest with black buttons and a blue bowtie.
