Season one[]
The S.S. Casey was a cruise ship owned and operated by Fred's cousin Scott McDoon and it sailed through areas that McDoon had been granted exclusive access to. Some of the ship's passengers were attacked by sea creatures while scuba diving in Bribary Bay, prompting cruise director Wendy Palloy to believe legends that said the bay was evil. While sailing on the Casey, the gang investigated the sea creature attacks after Fred and Daphne encountered one of the creatures while scuba diving and used the Mystery Machine's submarine capability after one of the ship's engines was sabotaged. They ultimately caught the sea creatures and revealed them to be Thorn and Dahlia, the ship's dive-masters who were trying to illegally salvage treasure from Bribary Bay. Shaggy and Scooby-Doo also contended with the ship's chefs, who tried to serve so much food at their "all you can eat" buffet that Shaggy and Scooby would be unable to eat everything.
