The Science Ghoul was the disguise of an unnamed villainous scientist.
He had white hair and a scarred green face and green hands. He wore a white lab coat over a dark suit.
He was obsessed with research and inventions. He hoped to test a paralysis ray on the gang.
Scooby-Doo! (DC Comics)
The gang came close to capturing the Science Ghoul, but all of them were slowed down by sticky foam and only Scooby was free to chase the Ghoul. When he got close the Ghoul triggered a bright flash and suddenly there were two Scoobys in the room. Shaggy Rogers dubbed the second "Scooby-Two" and suggested he join the gang. Scooby-Two seemed very friendly and helpful, but he was reporting to the Ghoul and keeping him one step ahead. Finally Scooby-Two was caught spying by Scooby. The gang had Scooby pose as the robot to lure the Ghoul into a trap, and so he was caught. (Two Scoobys Are Better Than One)
- The Science Ghoul was never unmasked, but the green skin is unlikely to be his real complexion.
