Scott McNeil is an Australian-born Canadian voice actor. His most well known roles are for voicing Rattrap, Silverbolt, Waspinator, Dinobot and Dinobot II in the "Beast Era" of Transformers and Jetire in Transformers: Armada and Transformers: Energon (all co-starring David Kaye and Garry Chalk). Other roles include Wolverine in X-Men: Evolution (also starring David Kaye) and Grumpy Bear in Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-lot. He's also acted in live-action shows such as Stargate: SG-1 as a "townsperson" and Kefflin, and Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation as Simon Bonesteel.
