Scott Menville is an American screen and voice actor, musician, and comedian. Menville is well known for playing Robin on Teen Titans and its sequel, Teen Titans Go!, (also starring Hynden Walch, Khary Payton and Tara Strong). He also played Jonny Quest in the 80's revival TV series (succeeding the role from original portrayor, Tim Matheson), and replaced Lennie Weinrib as Freddy Flintstone in the second season of The Flintstone Kids, as well as appearing in early episodes of Rugrats.
