A Tyranosaurus Rex (T-Rex), was used as a mount by the Phantom Virus in Scooby-Doo And The Cyber Chase .

Physical Appearance

The T-Rex has red and purple scales, very large with small front legs with two claws on, sharp teeth, a long tail, and large hind legs.

Scooby-Doo And The Cyber Chase

Scooby and Shaggy see the Phantom Virus riding on a T-Rex towards them. The gang make off through some very large trees which the beast was unable to navigate due to it's bulk. The Phantom Virus throws a spear at them but misses.

The gang escape on wolly mammoths and head to a volcano, there they see a baby pterodactyl which is trapped, the Phantom Virus and his T-Rex catches up with them but again was hampered by the by the steep volcano and its activity.

The T-Rex was the third boss in the video game of Scooby-Doo And The Cyber Chase.

Scooby pushes the rock off the cliff and the pterodactyl has the box of Scooby Snacks in it's nest. The baby pterodactyl rescues Scooby and Scooby found the Scooby snacks and the gang both head to level 4.
