Tara Lyn Charendoff-Strong is a prolific Canadian American actress, voice actress, comedienne, musician, singer, and businesswoman. Some of her most well-known voice roles is as Bubbles from the Powerpuff Girls, Barbara Gordon/Batgirl on Batman: The Animated Series, Dil Pickles on Rugrats, Timmy Turner on Fairly OddParents, Raven on the Teen Titans, and the younger Ben Tennyson in the Ben 10 franchise. Her most recent roles are Sari Sumdac on Transformers: Animated and Twilight Sparkle on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
