Il Legionario Senza Volto (The Faceless Legionnarie) is an Italian children's book by Cristina Brambilla in the Misteri A 4 Zampe series.

Premise

Scooby and his friends are on a trip to the ruins of an ancient Roman hippodrome to watch the costume representation of a chariot race. The aim of the show is to raise funds for the restoration of the ruins, but between those who work there is already someone who disagrees and invokes the arrival of the terrible Legionnarie Ghost. The race starts and suddenly a mysterious faceless Legionnaire enters, throwing the crowd into panic.
