History

Early life

He was arrested for diamond theft at the Crystal Cove Bank, but the diamond was never found, as he disguised it as one of the town's many crystal doorknobs. He presumably died in jail.

During the investigation of the recent theft of crystal doorknobs, Daphne Blake discovered his old diary in a secret, with a confession of what he did. Rung Ladderton had also found this diary, and had been stealing every crystal doorknob in town in his attempt to find the diamond, storing them in the cave.^[1]
